SO my dad bought the NGX for me today and he is away for 2 weeks on businness trip and they activation key does not work and it is not showing up as a purchase in account and I dont know what to do. Any ideas?????And I already installed the aircrafts and liveries through the installer

Send a support ticket to support portal. http://support.precisionmanuals.com/ The Activation key is in the Confirmation purchase e-mail, where you get the download link too ...
