A resounding thumbs-up for the team at FS France for getting the PM2 Concorde converted over to FS9! At what point in the flight is the windshield protector raised to it's full position?The Visor was raised when accelerating through 270kts, and lowered again when decelerating through 270kts. For the majority of the flights, this was accompanied with the command to raise/lower the nose between 0 and 5 degrees. So for example, when maintaining 350Kias (or 380kias as Air France did) in the descent and you reach the Speed Limit Point (SLP), you would idle the throttles, and slow to 250kts. When passing 270kts, the Pilot Not Flying then lowers the visor down and lowers the nose to 5 degrees.
