Bug: progress page estimates when crossing 0000z time

I'm not sure where to submit bug reports, so I guess here? On the PROG page, when the previous fix (the ATA time) is prior to 0000z, and the next fix (and fix after that) are after 0000z, it incorrectly shows estimates back in time by an hour. See picture! (CHS would have been correct if it were 0017z, JMACK at 0028z, but the KJFK estimate is correct.) 25znj8j.jpg Although, I'd categorize this as a minor bug...
