Why the "H" can't I find my instrument panel ?

Featured Replies

I run 2 monitors off an ATI Radeon 8500 and NEVER had a problem with MSFS02 (Yeah I know I need a new card) but FS9 has me scratching...Recently I loaded FS9.I'll admit the eye candy is better but undocking the instr.panel has me guessing each time I try. First, when I drag the panel to my 2nd monitor in win mode I see it fine. I then "maximize" the upper window for a full outside view. Next, as in MSFS02 I toggle to full accelerated screen mode for the "W" view. It looks awesome - but my insturment panel which I just dragged down to the lower screen....disappears....MOST of the time! I know it is there but I can't see it. I say this because as I drag my curser around the black screen I see the "what is this?" tag(s)show up. I sometimes see the Instr. panel (non window) hiding way down at screen bottom which I easily pull back into place. This I can live with.... but it doesn't alway behave the same. Some times the panel is no where to be found! It is hit and miss! Can anyone point out what they think is going on. Undocking in FS9 seems to be suck city. I'll admit I did download some new textures for runways and airports tauted on Avsim but FS9 was acting strange before I did that. Thanks for your inputkosmoo007Athlon 2ghz, 512 DDR, ATI Radeon 8500
