Ground crew animations and such

I did a search and didn't seem to find what I was looking for so I figured I'd post something here for the folks more knowledgeable than I am.What exactly would I look for to find animated scenery at an airport. For example, when I land or before taking off the animated ground crew comes over and loads the plane or unloads it. I've seen a couple of examples of this where it came with the plane I downloaded.
