Wilco MCDU question

at flight plan page on wilco MCDUfor example when i want to input my STAR and arrival runwaywhen i click in the LSK at destination airportthere is the STARs on the left side(i know about the STARs)and the TRANSITION at the rightso what is the transition here?what is that mean?and how can i find the suitable one? i really appreciate if somebody help me with that

A STAR Transition connects your flightplan to the STAR. To select an appropriate Transition, select the Transition that most directly connects your flight plan to the STAR. Cheers, - jahman.
