January 19, 200422 yr hi,i remembered a great looking plane i had in fs2002, it was the i3d b1b lancer. I tryed to move it over but the flight dynimics are unusable cause as soon as you take off the thig starts spinning like a chopper with no tail rotor! Also i cant get the VC textures to show up.Has anyone had any success with transferring this aircraft over to fs9? Any help would be great cause i cant get in contact with the developers due to thier site being down.Thanks,Callum.
January 19, 200422 yr I've read people flying it just by using a 747 airmodel instead of their FM.I3D is redoing the entire B-1 for FS9.
January 19, 200422 yr Hi,Just wanted to say that I too really liked I3D's B-1B Lancer in FS2002 and really look forward to their FS9 version!Jim
January 20, 200422 yr just to let the guys who replied know that the i3d website is now up and apparently they have an fs9 version in the pipiline.http://www.i3dteam.com/en/main/you have to creat an account to download but it only takes about 5 seconds.callum.
January 20, 200422 yr Hi,Thaks for the heads up Callum. Been a while since I've come across a web page that Mozilla wouldn't render correctly, but that there was one. Had to pull up the old MS IE for that one!Jim
January 20, 200422 yr Thanks for the info. I have been waiting for the B1B for some time now.And that bugs me when people ignorantly build pages that don't render properly in Mozilla/OpenSoruce browsers. What kind of Web Developer(of which I am one) would be so ignorant as to not test the page in common browsers like Mozilla and Opera :-8Sorry for that :(
January 20, 200422 yr >in common browsers like Mozilla and OperaThe most popular browsers on the web are:1. Microsoft IE 6.0 68.1% 2. Microsoft IE 5.5 13.8% 3. Microsoft IE 5.0 11.8% 4. Mozilla 1.8% 5. Opera 7.0 0.8% 6. Microsoft IE 4.0 0.7% 7. Safari 0.48% -onestat.com
July 26, 200421 yr In case no was aware and is interested in this aircraft, the I3d has an FS2004 update to make the aircraft workable in FS2004. You can get it at their website...http://www.i3dteam.com/Cheers,JimIn case Fred sees this post...Fred, way back then when I visited and Mozilla wouldn't work there, they must have updated the site shortly thereafter because Mozilla worked fine about a couple of weeks later. And it worked fine just now.
