Registration issue - not registering / black screens

I did a search, found zillion posts and have no idea where to start.I did have P3D on my system, did a NGX test there, since I removed it, my FSX NGX has black screens. Registration on reinstall doesn't appear.Reinstall doesn't help.Any ideas?!?? AND: I can't post a ticket. Says "connecting" and that's it.
