October 6, 201114 yr hi I submitted a support ticket 3 days ago now concerning an activation problem i was having with NGX and have not had any response. Just wondering if anyone from PMDG can help me out or if the ticket could have been missed somehow.That status on it is still active though. I am just concern as I read elsewhere on the forum that the tickets are cleared daily. Any help from PMDG would be really appreciated. Many Thanks Tom Pattison
