In search of Military AI planes, and two questions.

Featured Replies

Dear simmers,I am looking for military AI planes: F16, F4E.F, F5, C130, Eurofighter,Mirage 2000. Especially for a "good" F16.-For the time i use original military planes for the AI traffic, low framerates. There is a method which you copy the entire folder of the specific aircraft to another location, remove the panel folder (some remove the sound folder as well) rename it, and then copy it back to the default FS Aircrafts folder. Also, some changes has to be done inside the Aircraft.cfg file.Does anyone knows these changes that have to be done inside the Aircraft.cfg file? The military planes (original ones - not AI) i use for the moment, travel in low speed. Mostly 255 knots. Thats bad. Especially during the landing proc. They stall almost alltime.Any idea, way to fix this - if it can be fixed.Have a nice day,nikolas/athens

Try the F-16 specifically for AI by Hrvoje Kovacevic. I do not remember the exact file name, but it shouldn't be too hard if you search for his name. Also, Barry Blaisdell has an excellent C-130 for AI. http://www.flightsimnetwork.com/premaircraft/home.htmI can't help you for the others. Good luck.

Hello Sir,I found an AI C-130 at the following websitehttp://www.flightsimnetwork.com/premaircraft/They did a great job on it and seems to work well in FS9I am also using an AI F-16 that also works well in FS9. It is by Hrvoje Kovacevic. Just do a search here at AVSIM under the name.I hope this helps out.fly safeDave
