Whilst upgrading my computer I made a mistake and lost all the files and evidence of purchase of my Swedflight scenery which I had originally installed in FS2002 before upgrading to FS9.I sent an email to Swedflight and within two minutes they replied and went to incredible lenghts to locate the files and guide me through the installation. This was customer service at its very best. I say to them THANK YOU.

Rgr. I have not had any problems.. but after purchasing Pack1 (and being so satisfied) I'm waiting something for the capital of their eastern neighbour... Generally speaking for both the freeware and payware designers: I'm not so interested in any single detail to be right and accurate, but to fly in/to airports which are good enough and fps friendly as we have already add-on planes pressing them down..
