I am having trouble with my fsx

I have flight simulator on my computer and I have been playing it with no problems for a while and now all of a sudden I started getting messages saying “An error occurred while attempting to activate the product The problem may be due to an incomplete installation of the application”.I went to my control panel and uninstall fsx and I tried installing it again but now I can't get it to install.First it says error Product Activation Error": An error occurred while attempting to activate the product. The problem may be due to an incomplete installation of the application. Reinstalling the application may resolve the problem. Otherwise, please contact product support for assistance."But I cant reinstall it becuase its not install.The its says rolling back and after it says error 1722.I tried every possible solution I could think of but I cant get my fsx to install.Any other help will be appreciated.Moderator's Note: You have posted this in the "Tips and Tricks" forum, which is a place for answers only, not questions... ;)
