Cant see landing lights in 2Dcockpit mode..any tweaks available?

Is there a way to tweak FS9.CFG to get the landing lights to be visible from inside the aircraft??They lights work ok in VC mode and from outside the plane.But I never use VC mode.Any tips???737 in the dark till then.Kind regardsJames
