Navlog & Kneeboard

Sometime back I received on of those "email tips" from some website on copying the FS2002 Navlog onto the kneeboard. As I remember it had something to do with printing the navlog to a file and then importing it into the notes.txt file. It worked very well and I used it quite a bit. Well now I can't find the printout I kept and since I haven't played around with it in quite some time I can't remember how it is done. Does anyone out there know how to do this?And YES I know that you can type in the notes.txt file or directly on the knee board. Also YES I know that there is 3rd party stuff out there that will do this. This was accomplished without 3rd party or manually typing in the info on the kneeboard. Help?!
