Hi Adam,I hope this will help you out...File Description:Expanded (Over 800 total) list of airline callsigns for FS2004. Included also is an airlines guide to help you select the correct callsign for your AI or Flyable. Enjoy!airline_list_2004.ziphttp://library.avsim.net/sendfile.php?DLID=34373I have had this file installed in my FS2004 for quite some time now. ;-)Regards,Jim

This list can be used to lookup the callsign only (usefull for people without online access to www.airlinecodes.co.uk). You will need EditVoicepack (available from the file library) to get more than the default 196 available callsigns (with the list you might be able to select 800, but only 196 will work).Back to the original question:The dialog where you can select callsigns is initialized from airlines.cfg in your aircraft directory. It will display anything in here. The list is completely independend from the actual ATC speakout, so a callsign does not need to be in this list for it to work. Similar putting a callsign in the list will not make it work. Basically this file can be kept empty (or you can use it to store your shopping list in) if your aircraft.cfg files contains the correct callsigns. The actual callsigns comes from a file in the Flight Simulator "Sound" directory (typically the file is named "usenglishbig.gvp" but it might have another language, or "small" instead of "big"). It's easy to recognize the correct file - it's by far the biggest file in the Sound directory. You can restore this file from your Flight Simulator CDs if you think it might be corrupted. The readme of EditVoicepack contains information on where to find th file (search for ".CAB" in the readme.html file).
