hi guys i know i'm not the only one with this issue. i pay for RCv4 last night via credit card. got the download link and installed it. When i get to the registration screen info i fill out my name and generate the email from the registration screen .. here's the issue i get a reply to my main email account that i used to buy RCV4 with and correspond with jd to get install issue sorted (mscomct2.ocx) JD says he cant find my email account to send my key, he has no record of it... what do i do next?? please help if anyone has a solution i would be very happy to hear it.tia Blue

Everything is sorted out now, they don't know what happened with my registration info, must've got lost between the zeroes and ones somewhere along the way.I'm happy to report they found the info they needed and my key was sent to my email and registration was a success..cheers Bluethanks JD
