I've just one question. How long does it take for an InSight product to be delivered once it is ordered. Do they build each panel as they receive the order or is this a boxed product that a vendor will have on the shelf. I ordered this thing on December 15th from the Flight Sim Store. They sent the usual receipt on the same day it was ordered. The next day, December 16th they sent a confirmation of the order. On December 18th they sent this: The comments for your order areOrder picked for delivery. On the 19th I wrote to VRinsight, gave them the order number, and asked if any action was taken to ship the product.........no reply.........December 20th I wrote the Flight Sim Store and told them I want an answer as to the delay in shippment. Late that evening they sent this: David Smith,A request for support has been created and assigned ticket #000000. A representative will follow-up with you as soon as possible.You can view this ticket's progress online here: ...........Ifyou wish to send additional comments or information regarding this issue, please don't open a new ticket. Simply login using the link above and update the ticket.Kind Regards,Sales Support Is it time for me to tell the credit card company that I never received the item and be done with this? In all of the Flight Sim Store adds the claim 0 days for shipping. But they also have that fine print about the times are estimated.....etc. In this day and age $700.00 is a lot of cash for someone who lives off of a fixed income. Ant comments will be greatly appericiated.

The vendor web page for the product should make this clear and state either:
  1. In stock,
  2. Out of Stock
  3. Made to order (and expected time to deliver)

As I'm not sure which product yo're buying, I looked up the VR Insight Instrument Radio Stack that lists for USD745. Unfortunately there seems to be no information at all regarding availability or delivery.You say on December 18th you received an email from the Flight Sim Store that your order had been picked for delivery. This would normally mean the item you bought was picked from the warehouse shelf and placed in a bin ready or shipment, indicating the product would be shipped by Flight Sim Store rather than the manufacturer.Normally your first point of contact should be the store you bought the product from, i,e. Flight Sim Store, and only contact the manufacturer if specifically instructed by the store to do so (as you have no commercial relationship with the manufacturer).Patience is key, as in any case you likely have up to 30 days to notify your credit card company that you are withholding payment for a specific charge (but make shure you check with your particular credit card company as to the applicable period.)Hope you get this sorted out!Cheers,- jahman.
