Some question about the 2D-Panel

Hello All,i have some question about the 2D-Panel.1.) How it´s possible to release the EFIS Panel and the Throttle unit to a second monitor? With the MCP panel and other panels this is no problem.2.) Please take a look at the PMDG facebook side:

you see the Navigation Display with a frame. With my PMDG the Navigation Display has a frame, too. But the other displays like Engine etc. has no frame. It´s possible to get a frame for all Displays?3.) I´m releasing eight panels to a second monitor. (MCP, RADIOS etc.). I have to release this panels every time, after reloading FSX. Saving a flight doesn´t help, too. For your information. I have tested PREPAR3D for a couple of days with the NGX. And there all eight panels were saved at the same place.4.) The refresh rate in the Engine, Navigation displays is slow. The displays are not very smooth. In the CDU i set the refresh rate from 15 to 30. (In the 2D section) But it seems to be that has no effect.I hope you can help me.ThanksAndreas
