wonderful aircraft but it seems there's no strobe or bcn lights... Is there anyway to put them back???

Did you place the .fx files that came with the zipfile in the FS9Effects folder?If you did, maybe its the panel that isnt geared for the new lights so to test it try and press L key on keyboard to get it all to light up (hopefully)
