December 31, 201114 yr Hey Damian,I've tried 3 times to raise a ticket with a problem, but after typing everything out in the window, I get a message saying I hadn't selected the department to send it to. In fact I had selected Tech Support each time, but then I just get the same message again. I confirmed I was logged in, but still no joy. Something's not sticking in your selection window there. So, I'll post the issue here as it took a fair bit of typing and time to get all the details I could. Can you please look into this and consider it a Ticket Item:EDIT: Your support/ticket forum finally took the message as long as I didn't include the log file. It's been submitted now.
