February 19, 200422 yr I have a flight saved which I was flying an A330. Everything was fine before I saved it and reload it later. The problem is that, when I first loaded the flight. The panel seems fine, no problem at all. But after a few mins, I realised that the head/course and speed/mach digit change with 10 increments instead of 1 increment when I turn the knot... I have re-tried many times and the situations are the same. The digits change in 10 increments after mins...I'm using FS2004, the latest "un-registered" version of FSUIPC, and added "FixControlAccel=Yes" in fsuipc.ini as stated in EM's FAQ. All patch required for FS2004 was applied. So, anyone here have an idea what's wrong with my setup??PS: If i create flight, instead of loading privious saved flights, the problem seems not exist....
February 21, 200422 yr I have run into this. But have never saved the flight. I too have the freeware/unregistered version of FSUIPC. That might be the problem but not sure. BUT, (there's always a but) I think it might have to do with altitude / speed of the aircraft. I have found out that as I decend and slow down it goes back to single digit increments. It has done this on pretty much every flight I have doee. :-outta http://www.flightsimnetwork.com/dcforum/User_files/3e72a43942b48d2b.jpg There is a fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness".- unknown "My daddy gives me up, to fight for you"- a US Military Members Child
February 24, 200422 yr Fsuipc fixed that in the old version 2.975. I don't know which one you have, or how it works the new version, since I don't have it.There is a function in that Fsuipc that prevents increments in 10s, like you are having. I had the same problem with a couple of panels and got them fixed with this.Leo
