777-300ER Help

I recently got the overland boeing 777 series, amazing package.A few problems I have is that some gauges won't show on the virtual cockpit but show on the 2D. Instead they just appear as black boxes. Also, some gauges like the radio stack panel and the throttle panel, won't display when you try to open them. All you see is a black box. Does anyone know the fix or adjustments to this?
