help with Add on Aircraft crashing FS9

I have two add on aircraft that I purchased. The first is VMAX747 latest version for FS2004, also I just bought Captain Sim 727 latest version for FS2004. With both of these aircraft, and it appears ONLY these aircraft, if I try to change the fuel or cargo the game just crashes to the desktop. I've re-installed everything numerous times when I first saw this problem with the VMAX 747 but now I see it with the Captain Sim. Has anyone ever seen anything like this? With the VMAX I can play but just bleeding fuel, and using the external PAX loader, but I'm not sure how to do this with the 727, so I'm just wondering if anyone has seen this type of problem, loading fuel/cargo, and CRASH! My system is Athlon XP 1900 512 MB Ram, Geforce FX5200 128Meg video... never had any other problems with this game or any other game.. Jeff
