When can I expect to receive my CD copy of the 737NGX. I purchased and downloaded the "Backup CD Service: PMDG 737NGX (Base Package)" on January 10th? Has anybody received their copy if you so ordered this item and if so, how long did you have to wait in order to receive your CD?Regards,jen noulet
