Hi,The altitude setting cannot be increased. It starts with 1000 ft. Moving the knob upwards or downwards doesnot make any difference, all it does is decreasing the height. Please help to solve this.

I am sure it should be at 10,000 by default. Try adjusting the altitude select with left/right clicks or by the mouse scroll wheel. Hope this helps.Dave Baggs.
