when i go into the menu in fsx and i choose deflected ailerons and i hit ok it does not work neither does my cockpit configuration they both don't save how can i make this work?

Some days ago I bought (on DVD) the boxed addon PMDG MD11. For a few days it was running perfectly until yesterday night when suddenly a problem appeared . After I customize the plane in the Airline Options - dispalys panel or Equipment panel etc. (e.g. Flight director or ND simbols and Engine Data (Dial, Tape), etc..), or at the Load Manager (LBs/ Kg), I Save the selection with OK and when back, all selected settings are on the left side and they have not been recorded, so I need to reselect all parametters in every flight. I dont know the reason for this and I Would like a solution from your experience, if it were possible. I uninstalled and reinstalled it meny times (7 or 8 times) and alwais the results are the same. At the present If you know a solution please tell me. I think an instruction can be changed in a File after the DVD is executed and the program installed. Thanks in advance.
