What did I do???

I like flying the ATR-72 that I repanted but one day when I decided to fly it somting weird happened and its still does it.I didn't change anything but now it handles like a fighter jet as if the Joy Stick suddenly became too sensitive but no matter what I can't get the sensitivity to the old setting and added to that my throtle won't get all the way to 0% like it always did its always at like 10%.What Happened? Konrad
