February 17, 201214 yr Hi,I recently installed FSPS - FSX BOOSTER V4 but then I uninstalled it since my performance was worser then before. When I started up my FSX, it looks like i lost almost all of my trees, only a few are there.I already tried to rebuild my fsx.cfg file but still the trees are gone, I'm not looking forward to reinstall whole FSX again. After some research I found that it could be something with the default.xml file which should be located in the autogen folder but mine isn't there, so I guess I deleted it.How can I solve this?In the screenshot attached you can see what i mean. February 17, 201214 yr If that file is missing, do a Repair install and the DVDs will put it back in place.
February 17, 201214 yr Author Okay thanks for the quick help Jim, is it safe to do the repair install without having to uninstall any add-ons?Regards, Kevin D'hertefeltIntel i7 4770K @ 4.0Ghz | GTX780 | 6GB DDR3 | Windows 7 Home Premium X64
February 17, 201214 yr Yes, but you may need to re-install them, especially if they are texture programs. Planes usually do not need to be re-installed.
