FS videos. Engine, Flaps, and other settings missed

Hi all,I suppose this question has been asked before, but I have not found a good answer.I would like to make videos of my flights. One for take off and one for the approach. Of course, stopping my flights in order to view the videos before ending the flight is very unrealistic.So when I am parked at destination airport, engines off and, of course, flaps up, is the time to see my videos, but the engines appears off and flaps up! That is, the video does not show just how take off or approach really were.Do you also have had this problem? I am using FS2004, and PSS, PMDG... etc planes.Thank you very much in advance for your help.Best regards,
