PSS Dash-8 MAJOR PROBLEM

Featured Replies

I installed the latest Dash 8 files from the PSS web site (brand new install). The first time I selected the Dash 8, it hung my system. I re-booted my machine. Next I loaded FS 2004 and attempted to load the Dash 8. It loaded, but when I clicked on FLY the Loading Scenery got to 30% and then my system HUNG again. The Dash 8 is the ONLY aircraft in my fleet that has this problem. ALL other aircraft load and fly properly.PLEASE ADVISE!!!!!!I also posted this on the PSS Forum.Barry

Barry, You may have already done it this way but I would suggest starting flightsim up with a default plane, swich to the panel view and then change your aircraft to the Dash-8. Sometimes the more advanced panels don't load properly when you start up flightsim with that particular plane. The PSS forum is slow to update because of the way they screen every post but I'm sure you will get an answer. Will

Barry, sounds like a corrupt install. I just installed the PSS Dash 8 and have no problems with it, perhaps you should try deleting everything and reinstalling. I do however use a default FS plane for my initial start up page, then select the Dash 8 and where I want to fly from via the "select flight" screen.RegardsTimhttp://www.flightfactory-simulations.com/h...B_testpilot.jpg
