Control panel switching

Featured Replies

Hi Team,At the outset, let me thank you for Sp1c and the myriad update and fixes. This beauty just keeps getting better and better :)One of the things that I noticed that remains unfixed from earlier is the switching logic for the Displays Control panel switch. During my normal preflight actions for the flight instruments(PFD), this is what I do.1. Set the QNH on the Capt's side2. Set the Mins Baro bug to the Thrust reduction altitude on Capt's side3. Instead of repeating the same thing on the F/O side, I just move the Displays Control Panel Switch on the FWD OVHD panel to Both on 1.I verify that the F/O PFD displays the same data as the Capt PFD, which it does correctly (mins and Baro)Now, when I switch back to normal, the F/O's PFD reverts back to its original readings. This should not happen, the F/O's PFD should continue to display the same values (baro and Min) as the Capt's after putting the switch back to normal from Both on 1. I hope this will be fixed in future updates ?A few questions I have:1. What is the minimum cruise time that you have used for calculations by the FMC ? The reason I ask, is that for short sectors like say 150 NM, the Trip Altitude shows a much lower figure than what I have seen in real operations. Of course, this will vary from Company to company, just like the CI. Is it possible to have an option for the minimum cruise time which can be selected and then used by the FMC for its calculations ?2. Any chance of modelling the second ADF radio ?Thanks a lot and I deeply appreciate it if these can be answered or addressed by any of the PMDG members.regards,Dinshaw Parakh
