passing userid & password to website with tileproxy (proxyuser.ini)

Hi All,Does anyone know how to password a userid and password to a website that you get the tiles from.Nearmap.com now requires a userid & password for tileproxy to work. Anyone know how to pass it via the proxyuser.ini ???ThanksBrad
