March 26, 200422 yr In another thread, somebody asked about how to change the position of the minipanel from the bottom of the screen to the top. This could be of general interest, so I repeat my answer here:Go to FS9/Aircraft/Default/Panel, open panel.cfg. Change wherever you see Position=7 to Position=1 (in my case 3 places). This will put the minipanel of every aircraft on top of the screen and facilitate VFR and landing. It was Heather, who first gave this tip for FS2002 on June-02-02 in this Forum. I have found that it works equally well for FS9.Roland
March 27, 200422 yr A correction or addendum:As not all planes use the default panel.cfg it is neccesary in many cases to go to FS9/Aircraft/XXX/Panel (where XXX is the aircraft folder). Open the panel.cfg and scroll down to [Window X] (where X is 5 or 6 in most cases) which specifies the minipanel. Change position=7 to position=1 and you will have the minipanel on top.Roland
March 27, 200422 yr Sorry, middle sentence should read:Open the panel.cfg and scroll down to /Window X/ (where X is 5 or 6 in most cases) which specifies the minipanel.
