Well I'm too much of a moron to properly type out a title but what I'm basically trying to do is force my mouse wheel to be one click of a dial when I rotate it instead of two. Right now on all my aircraft when I move the mouse wheel to change a dial, radio etc it go from 0-2, or 1-3, never sequential. A couple weeks ago it changed dials sequentially but that stopped at some point and I think I remember it worked back in FS9.

 

Sorry if I'm missing something dumb here I recently bought FSX and started getting back into flight sim after a few year break.

Please delete because I am indeed a moron. Problem solved with logitech setpoint. Doh!
