It probably uses some codex (like DivX) that WMP doesn't support. Check the site that you downloaded it from and see whether it needs certain plug-ins.

Class not registered means that the program is looking for a class reference that does not exist in the Windows Registry. Usually it means that something wasn't installed properly.James
