Reaquinting myself with FS - looking for recommendations

I've been away from FS for a couple years and would like to get back in. I've got a new blazingly fast system that I would like to put to use on the newest version of FS. I'm interested in purchasing a few quality add-ons and am overwhelmed with the enormous amount of options. I've been reading reviews on this site and elsewhere, but still find it difficult to narrow my choices - just too many - a good thing I suppose. So I'm asking for recommendations on the following type of addons:Scenery - MegaScenery looks good for localized VFR, but also looking for something perhaps not as detailed but covering a much larger area. How do FS Terrain and US Extreme Lanscapes compare? Any others?Weather - A top priority for me in FS. With the great weather model in the latest version of FS, is there an addon that really adds that much more? How does Active Sky and FSMeteo compare..others?Aircraft - I'm looking for a top quality aircraft in each of the following catagories: Single engine, Twin piston, Twin Turboprop, Business Jet or Regional Jet, Airline Heavy. I also like vintage aircraft. I prefer complex aircraft addons (my last FS obsession was 767 PIC). Accurate flight and systems modeling is very important. I'll definately have to take a look at Flight1's Meridian.What are the addons that a flight sim enthusiast can't live without?I'd appreciate any input your willing to offer. Thanks in advance.
