Kittyhawk for FS2002 also?

Featured Replies

Hi Simmers,I installed a Kittyhawk B737 in FS2K2 and something weird was showing. I only saw the lights, and not the fuselage. It just looked like a "ghost plane". Is this normal? And if so, why is this happening? Is it because of the graphics engine in which it is build of? Is there a solution to fly these planes in FS2002?Thanx,Jeroen

This seems to be a symptom of aircraft compiled under the new fs2004 sdk. Unless Erick recompiles it under the old fs2002 sdk, I'm afraid we're only going to have this great project for fs2004. I've already made a post in the aircraft designers forum, asking gmax modellers to compile with the old sdk unless they plan on using fs2004 specific features. But it's up to them as artists to decide what sim their work will be presented in...-John
