Hi all, I'm new here so if i posted in the wrong spot just move it to where it belongs!

I am running FSX Deluxe (can't install SP1 or SP2 due to memory issues) on a Compaq C700 presairo with vista basic and about 10GB of memory and Intel celeron, When I start a Recording program like camstudio and try to record on FSX it comes up with 3-4fps on the default aircraft and down to 1-2fps on some add-ons anything you recommend? And where are the Videos that you record using the default recorder on FSX? and are they even a usable file?
