My FSX Deluxe gets off at some stage. Why?

Hello, Guys!

 

I've FSX Deluxe registered Edition with Windows 7 Ultimate. Now problem is that in many times, my FSX gets itself own quite after 45 minutes or 1 hour. So is it my Window problem or some thing else? Please help me here.

 

Second is that I'm flying Boeing 747-400 and problem is that its speed doesn't increases than 321nm at 11000ft while other airplanes like 777 goes at very much high speed like 450nm etc... So How can I increase the speed of my 747?
