Are you serious? Just look at the signatures of other people in the NGX forum and you should have your answer.

 

If it were me I would go for a nVidia card instead of AMD if you are really concerned with FSX.

 

EDIT: I just noticed that the CPU you've chosen is an Ivy Bridge. From what I have gathered, it doesn't overclock very well. In my opinion, save yourself $30 and buy an i5 2500K. It will overclock to 4+ GHz easily. I have a 2600K, which is essentially a 2500K but with hyperthreading, and I'm at 4.6 GHz rock steady on air-cooling. You'll want to put the $30 towards a decent cooler though.
