AS2012 historical data

I primarily use historical data for my flights.

After setting the date for Online dynamic data (fantastic feature btw) I import my flightplan and then the Wx influenced theme is installed.

Many times the date shown in the METAR in the Flightplan is not accurate, so I often do one or more Refresh to correct this.

My question is now, should I install the Wx influenced theme before or after I do this Refresh?

I use the lastest AS 2012 beta build 4469.
