Night time issue at 2D and 3D cockpit

I really admire PMDG products and this is my 1st time i post any so great job to the team and keep the good work

i just format my pc and reinstall 747-400x and 747-800 , my issue is that now when i am at night time and in 3D and 2D cockpit view i see my graphics not smooth as it was before i format the pc , they look like when you dont have graphic card installed , this happens only on night time in airplane i attach some photos so you see what i mean , i have place the latest drivers for my card ATi 4890 do you think this might cause the problem ?
