I made a simple repait for the NGX -700, but I'm not really satisfied with how it came out, likely because of my absolute lack of experience with repaints and photoshop(I normally use GIMP).

I'm looking for some advice on how I can make the tail look more realistic, and less 'flat'. I'd also be interested in any other advice on how I can improve this, as well as any referrals to any paid repaint services that can touch this up a bit.
