AI problem. Solutions?

I have been manually installing PAI flightplansaircraft for real-world air traffic. However lately i've noticed that some aircraft do not appear at certain airports, these same aircraft appear but don't move at other airports, while at still others fly normally as scheduled. Case in point is the Dornier 328(PAI)that I use for a Delta commuter. The aircraft does not appear at all at JFK during scheduled departures, at KBOS it appears, but does not move when scheduled, but at KCVG the aircraft flys normally. Same AC#.I've tryed identical AFCAD parking features, etc. No luck.Any suggestions?Thanks
