June 1, 200422 yr Is there a switch to make the look-around in the VC more smooth and not so stuttering ... it's smooth when I'm in SPOT VIEW but in VC in stutters.ThanxT
June 1, 200422 yr that means you are getting low frames a second, turn down some graphics settings and you'll notice a difference
June 1, 200422 yr no no no ... nothing with the frame rates, it's the panning when you touch the joystick knob to look left, and right, up or down. then it moves in a stuttering motion. can't it be smooth? like outside in spot view?regardsT
June 1, 200422 yr change the pan rate in fs9.cfg to something like 700 or 800and go to the assignments menu in flight sim and make sure the slider for the pan rate button is all the way to the right (ie on repeat)
June 1, 200422 yr Author FWIW--------- in addition to the other suggestions, my VC panning with the hat switch has always been smooth for both FS2002, & FS2004, on two different computers. And I've made no adjustments for pan rate. Just wanted you to know, that stuttering isn't the norm.L.Adamson
