June 6, 200421 yr Hi,Has anybody else experienced fs9 going totally unresponsive evenwhen trying to re-install?? This has now happened to me and Icannot run fs9 whatsoever. It generates a micropsoft error messageeach time I try.If you have had this problem please advise possible ways to resolveThanksJohn

June 6, 200421 yr Hi,regedit is Windows Registry Editor, you can run it by clicking start meny > Run > and type regedit.Look Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Microsoft Games > Flight Simulator and right click on it then click delete.I hope this helps :)
June 6, 200421 yr Also check to make sure ( after uninstall) thaT fs9.CFG and the folder containing it ,is gone( Docs and settings/application data/Microsoft/FS9).In addition check in Program Files- uninstall sometimes leaves the MS Games folder behind with stuff in it( if you have installed any addons)Dave
