Hi,Has anybody else experienced fs9 going totally unresponsive evenwhen trying to re-install?? This has now happened to me and Icannot run fs9 whatsoever. It generates a micropsoft error messageeach time I try.If you have had this problem please advise possible ways to resolveThanksJohn

Did you run regedit and remove all traces of FS9 as well as delete the folder?Allcott

Thanks for responding.Sorry but what is regedit please?????I have for the time being left fs9 on the hard disc John

Hi,regedit is Windows Registry Editor, you can run it by clicking start meny > Run > and type regedit.Look Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Microsoft Games > Flight Simulator and right click on it then click delete.I hope this helps :)

Also check to make sure ( after uninstall) thaT fs9.CFG and the folder containing it ,is gone( Docs and settings/application data/Microsoft/FS9).In addition check in Program Files- uninstall sometimes leaves the MS Games folder behind with stuff in it( if you have installed any addons)Dave
