Featured Replies

has anyone else experienced a loud persistent thump thump sound after flying helicopters or even sometimes props around for a while in fs? the sound continues even after exiting the flight and switching aircraft. i assure u it's very annoying. is there a solution?andre

Hiya Andre... :-)I have had that happen to me a few times as well and the only thing that will fix it is a reboot. I haven't tried to troubleshoot it as yet as it hasn't happened often enough for me to bother. I imagine it might be a resource issue as if I remember rightly it happened when I was flying in heavy cloud. What helicopter and sound card were you using?

Hehehe, I had the exact same problem, and yes, its very annoying. What it is, is the stall sounds from Active Camera, you need to turn off the sounds in the Active Camera menu.If you dont have Active Camera, then I have no clue what could be causing it :-lolCheersDan.

Flat tyre maybe :(

missus knocking on the "flight deck door"!?!?! :-grr

Thanks people. It is infact Active Camera, or more spercifically the stress.wav in the active camera sounds folder. Regards,Andre

Tehe... :)It sounds rather like the "Alien Message" from the film Contact but as usual it is something far more mundane! I do have Active Camera and I will try that next time it happens. I wonder why it is giving me a stall indication in a helicopter though? :-hmmm
