hello, I downloaded the Roland Peltre Vought F-8 Crusader and when I hit fly now after selecting the aircraft, I get the dreaded CTD. All my other aircraft work well. But I can't get this one to work. Anybody else experienced this?

I had this aircraft installed for a while some time back and it worked fine for me. It does have several special effects and animations, I would suspect that something may have gone wrong during installation. The CTDs could be caused by the aircraft not finding a needed file when you try to load it.
