You could try my airport upgrade. :) AEU6.zip (Found here in the AVSIM File Library.)I have included my own rendition of runway lighting which you might like a little better.As far as the floating, there is some degree of suspension modeled into the sim to imply the height of lighting fixtures. If the floating is too severe, it might be a simple matter of updating your video card driver from the manufacture's web-site.
