EHAM, Amsterdam Scenery.

Featured Replies

Hi All.anyone know of a good freeware scenery for EHAM at all.I don't mean to sound ungratefull, but the NL2000 scenery is a massive 217MB, so it's out of the question for me.thanksSteve,

and it is the only one.Basically, because it's so good noone else feels the need to make one.Similar situation to German Airports for Germany.

Yes, this is the only way to get a good Amsterdam. if you are not using FS2004, you can try LAGO EHAM too...

>Yes, this is the only way to get a good Amsterdam. if you are>not using FS2004, you can try LAGO EHAM too...Steve (and Georg)This info isn't quite up-to-date....If you have Lago's Schiphol and you wish to use it in FS2004, there's now a patch that makes it compatible with the current version of FS - you'll need a registered version of the scenery though as you need to install it 'from scratch' into FS2004 (which will require the registration details you got from Lago with the original purchase), and then apply the compatability/upgrade patch. And Lago's Amsterdam is very good!Hope this helps.Toni.

Recently their was a patch to let the LAGO EHAM to work in Fs2004 and have most if not all of its features restored. If you want a free EHAM, your only way will be through NL2000. Maybe they will release a standalone of EHAM to make the download size smaller, for people without brodband.
